I'm based in South Wales, and I've spent years running digital transformation projects, which means I've sat on your side of the table, watching good businesses lose enquiries to competitors with better websites. This is my way of fixing that. Every site is designed, written, and built by me to make sure your business gets the spotlight your hard work deserves.

I combine website-building skills with practical experience in sales, customer journeys and business operations, so I consider how your website will support your business as well as how it looks. I explain the scope, costs and ongoing support upfront.
Through my work in operations, sales and customer experience, I saw how much difference a well-designed website and sensible systems can make. I started Chantelle Builds to give smaller businesses access to personalised websites, fair pricing and straightforward support.
I'll ask about your business, your customers and what you want your website to achieve. We'll discuss the features you need, your style preferences, budget and timescale, alongside any existing branding or content. I also want to understand what makes your business different so that comes through in the finished website.
I love turning someone's ideas into something they can see, use and feel proud of. Understanding the person behind a business and bringing their vision to life is especially rewarding, as is creating tools that make their working day easier.
